How do I make a donation?

Browse our active campaigns, select a cause you care about, and click "Donate Now". We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallet payments. All transactions are secured via Razorpay.

Is my donation tax-deductible?

Yes. Good Samaritans Giving is a registered NGO and eligible donations qualify for tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. You will receive an official donation receipt by email.

How is my donation used?

100% of your campaign donation goes directly to the intended cause. We maintain full financial transparency and publish regular updates on fund utilisation. A minimal platform fee covers payment processing and administrative costs.

Can I start my own fundraising campaign?

Yes. Submit a campaign request through our website. Our team will review your application, verify the cause, and publish the campaign once approved. We support medical emergencies, education, disaster relief, community welfare, and more.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and popular mobile wallets. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

Can I donate for corporate CSR?

Absolutely. We welcome corporate partnerships and CSR donations. We provide impact reports, branding opportunities, and 80G receipts for corporate donors. Visit our Partnership / CSR page or email support@goodsamaritansgiving.com.

Is it safe to donate online?

Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed through Razorpay, a PCI DSS compliant payment gateway. We never store your card or bank details on our servers.

Can I get a refund on my donation?

Donations are generally non-refundable as they are immediately allocated to active campaigns. In cases of duplicate payments or technical errors, contact us within 48 hours at support@goodsamaritansgiving.com. See our Refund Policy for full details.
